Retainers run month-to-month. No lock-in contracts. That said, retainer relationships work best when they're ongoing — the longer we work together, the better I know your site.
No problem. Additional hours are billed at a discounted rate for retainer clients. I'll always flag it before going over so there are no surprises.
You send requests by email. I log time against each task and send a summary at the end of each month so you always know where your hours went.
