What's included in the hours?
Your monthly hours cover any work on your website — updates, design tweaks, content changes, bug fixes, or technical improvements. Unused hours don't roll over.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Retainers run month-to-month. No lock-in contracts. That said, retainer relationships work best when they're ongoing — the longer we work together, the better I know your site.
What if I need more hours one month?
No problem. Additional hours are billed at R450 per hour for retainer clients, instead of the standard R500. I'll always flag it before going over so there are no surprises.
How is work requested and tracked?
You send requests by email. I log time against each task and send a summary at the end of each month so you always know where your hours went.
